"This place has potential. I enjoyed living here however its lacking certain components that would make it a 5 star accommodation. -Security, at night this place is targeted by bike thieves religiously.*** -Grounds, the grounds are in desperate need of repair. i.e Tennis and Bball court and street lights. -Lacking atmosphere, this isn't a bad thing if your trying to get to sleep at night, however it can get lonely here. As stated above, the security of this location is terrible. Something needs to be done to protect peoples property especially vulnerable students. I'm aware that CCTV cameras are present however its unfortunate they have not been maintained and don't work. The WiFi here is pretty good though, I enjoyed the quality of the services provided and must say they are better than other accommodations in Athlone in regards to that aspect. Also the view from the loft apartments is to die for. If the owner see this, please reinvest back into Wellmount and make Wellmount great again. All my friends enjoyed staying here. "

"One of the best experience I have in terms of accommodation in Ireland when I was having my remote internship WFH. The facilities are versatile and keep upgraded by new management team, to provide better living experience (like Wi-Fi recently). The location is also one of the best you can find in Athlone, near by the Atlone city centre which is easy to go to supermarkets for groceries, and also several takeaways. Shout out to Catherine and Sam who are the person in charge of my apartment, for providing as much support and assistance during this pandemic period when I was staying here. Both are very friendly and caring person."

"There are different management companies looking after the apartments in Wellmount Student Village. Some are terrible. I was lucky, I booked with this one. They keep their apartments very nice. They are warm with good WiFi. The location is good, a few minutes walk to the college in one direction, and a few minutes walk in the other direction to the town. Yes, I would recommend."
