"My family & grandchildren had a lovely day out in the Great National Hotel , we all had beautiful dinners & deserts & not forgetting the lovely staff that served us , thank you all"
"We had our family reunion in the hotel on the 1st of April. All the staff were extra friendly and accommodating. The Nephin Suite, where we had the party, was beautifully decorated and laid out. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to Raymond for his help in organising the event and to Yvonne and her staff who, on the night, made sure everything ran smoothly. Also, thank you to David, who persevered in setting up our slide show."
"Fab hotel, very family friendly, enjoyed our nights stay thoroughly, lovely staffed pool. Gorgeous food, incl. Mock tails for the kids.."
"Very enjoyable short stay. The room was nice but had a few flaws (broken light, ripped chair, stained carpet). Bed was very comfortable. The bar and bistro is nice but pricey without any meal offers. Breakfast was really delicious and offered variety. The spa was completely booked up so I couldn't visit it. The pool is basic, there is a sauna and steam room but no jacuzzi. The changing rooms are very cold with holes in the ceiling and cold showers, but at least I could go to my room after! Would stay again if there was a good offer on."
"Didn’t seem to have any heat on. We attended a gathering for soup and sandwiches and used the smaller of the function rooms. Basic food which was ok, guess one gets what is paid for!! Big group perhaps unexpectedly so staff had a busy time trying to serve, tea hard to get if one required secvonds."
