"Was looking to buy a present for my mum, found the shop to have very limited stock. I was greeted by a staff member martha, she took every measure to help me find the perfect present. She went out of her way to order in my present and explained the shop has a no refund policy. This worried me a lot! but I knew I'd be looked after by this staff member to ensure a satisfied customer."

"I've bought a few things in this shop over the last while. I must say I was lucky enough to get served by this lovely lady called Martha each time. She was extremely attentive, very helpful and genuinely couldn't do enough for me. Be it wrapping the presents, explaining the item/how it worked, and if I had any issues with it to come back and they would try help me the best they could under their clear policies that are noted at the till. I couldn't recommend this place enough and after reading that last two lady's bogus reviews I decided I would show the true side of this shop and the staff. They are all extremely helpful, and do the best they can with all the madness going on in the world (Covid, Brexit, etc). All in all. 5 stars isn’t enough."

"Got a Newbridge watch from my husband for xmas catch on watch was faulty. It was send back to newbridge and after 3 weeks I rang shop to find out if watch was ready for me. Girl called Martha answered phone to me she was so abrupt and unfriendly to me. She rang me following morning as I told her I wanted a decision about the watch by morning as it wasnt happy that I could not just pick out new watch, to say come in to get new watch or credit note as no refund allowed. I went in she wasnt a bit helpful it was an effort for her to.take out watches for me to try on. In the end I asked for credit note as I was very upset with her attitude it was like couldnt care less type of attitude. I will pick out something another day but I had enough of that abrupt personality I didnt feel happy to take time to browse. She had no nice helpful shop assistant personality. And after I use me credit note I wont shop there again plus didnt like idea of no money back refund"

"I was treated with what bordered on contempt by the lady in here when I went to bring back a gift. As soon as she met me it was clear she did not want to deal with me or any request I might have. Definitely would not recommend. Go to Fallers."

A lovely and very helpful Martha started a search for me and sent options to suit . Very quickly we found the perfect Gift . My wife was delighted and It was no trouble in returning to get re sized .
