"My husband and I were married in Ireland 15 years ago. We purchased our wedding rings from Lazlo. In October this year, while out of state and far from home (while he received cancer treatment) he lost his ring. I contacted Lazlo and told them our story. Orla sent us the exact ring (from horrible pics I sent her). He cried when he saw the name Lazlo inside the ring box. I can't say enough about how amazing Orla, Lazlo and all their staff is. "I brought my brand new rotary watch into this shop for a battery during the week and I have never had a more underwhelming customer service experience. I chose to leave my watch into Lazlow' because of it's central location and lovely store front. When leaving my watch in, I was informed that the repair man would be making a quick visit later in the day and I could leave it with them for him to fit a battery for me. I was happy to do so, and I returned for it at the agreed time. Shortly after collecting my watch, I went to adjust the time and I noticed it was missing the blue jewel detail on the nob. I quickly returned to Lazlow' to inquire at the repair desk as to what might of happened- maybe a different nob was put back in, maybe I had the wrong watch. I was more than understanding and proceeded to explain the situation to the woman who met me at this desk. Mistakes happen and it's always important to calmly deal with these issues however the woman I met refused to take any responsibility for what happened to my watch in their care. She denied that there ever was any detail on my watch, contacted the repairman who after much prompting as to what watch they were even talking about, didn't recall there ever being detail on my watch either. This watch was very sentimental to me as it was a gift for my 21st birthday from my parents and I can say with absolute certainty what it looked like. This incident was just handled so so poorly and no apologies were made to me or efforts to make it up to me. I was still charged for the repair and I left that shop disappointed to say the least."
