"My daughter was in your store today with a group of friends,one of whom was treated especially badly by one of your staff.She had a bad experience there previously with the same member of staff. My daughter and her friends were asked to leave after only a few minutes,when asked why your member of staff said it was because one of the girls had fallen over( the same girl who was clearly being picked on)apparently she had lost her balance when bending down to view something on the bottom shelf,she stated bending down was not allowed in the store!!!!Not only is this highly unprofessional and ridiculous it is bullying."

"Absolutely horrible manager. My friends were in the shop just looking around and all of a sudden the manager eve told them to leave. They politely asked why and she responded "I don't have to tell you". We all called our parents and they proceeded to call claires and file complaints. A while later, my friends dad came and talked to the manager. She gave the following reasons as to why they were kicked out, first, the store was busy and they had a 15 minute time limit that they overstayed. (they were never told that there was a time limit and they were only in there for 5 minutes) Secondly, one of my friends "fell". (she was crouching herdown to look at something on a bottom shelf and lost her balance, she didn't knock anything down, she didn't destroy anything, there was zero damage.) THIRD, apparently you aren't allowed to crouch, kneel of bend down to look at items as its a health and safety concern, apparently she expects us to magically levitate the objects, or have 20/20 perfect vision. If I could rate 0 stars, I would, the manager Eve is a horrible person and I will not be coming to this store until she loses her job."

"Very rude manager asked me to leave the store. She told me she wont do babys piercing once the baby will start crying so after 10 mins of telling me the prices and options for expensive studs(when asked for cheapest included 3 times). I asked to do it asap before baby will start crying and loose patience so said to me to leave the store and never come back. Nice attitude to customer and baby. Galway store."

"I’m actually begging you to not go to claire’s and make the same mistake i did getting my cartilage and both second lobes pierced, my cartilage was pierced with a gun (which should not EVER be done) and i didn’t know this knowledge. My piercing sunk into my ear and created a keloid. Claires are nowhere professional so i’m begging DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a tattoo place/ professional piercer. My piercer was also rude and did not give at all any information at all and rolled her eyes several times. The piercing guns are dangerous so DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE ‼️‼️⚠️ edit: I was also charged over 30 euro for the cleaning solution which i repeatedly asked if it was free and she said it was and that i should take two because it costed no charge. Literally a scam and only noticed when i had gotten home. Someone close down claire’s because this is the worst place to do piercings"
