"I went to belissimo Galway on my birthday and I had a relatively unpleasant hair experience. I left a review and within a few days Dympna contacted me to apologise for my experience. She was so so kind and apologetic and totally understanding of my experience. She gave me a full refund for my haircut and a voucher to compensate. I did mention in my previous review that I also had my nails done and I was delighted with them and had a wonderful experience on that front! Due to the fantastic customer care experience I will definitely return again! I can totally understand that stylists and beauty therapists have off days but I really appreciated the way belissimo went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in the end. I will visit again!"
