"I went to this store at the beginning of July to get my screen repaired which cost €170. It appeared that my phone was working perfectly but the screen had gone black. 4 weeks later, the exact same issue occurred again. I went back to the store to enquire about this as it had only been 4 weeks?? The man refused to help me as he claimed that my screen was damaged (it was apparent that the screen protector had the tiniest two scratches on the top near the camera which did not affect the phone). He claimed that these scratches may effect the camera and Face ID which is incorrect as it worked perfectly the night previous. I asked for a refund as the issue had clearly not been resolved. The man at the desk offered to fix it for €80 but it would take 3 hours ????? He was not helpful in any way and no other resolution was offered to me. There is no way the same issue should occur 4 weeks after getting it ‘fixed’ and paying €170. I will not be returning to this store and will advise my friends likewise."

"Terrible, Terrible service. Aside price, I had to pay a deposit of 35 euro half of 70. It wasn't horrible, price wise, but the communication was dreadful. I was given the information saying my phone would be ready in (1-3 working days) probably even 2 days. I gave my name and phone number to get in contact after I expected my phone to be fixed. I say a week past or a couple of days and no response or updates on my phone. We called and got a response saying the one who had access to my phone was off in Dublin, bringing it to get it fixed? I thought phone technicians were the ones to be repairing given phones from customers. So I was confused, but I waited anyways. Another week passed and no response, we called again, said the phone would be ready on a Saturday, but I had no time to get it on a Saturday, but we still didn't get any calls or texts from them. Two weeks passed nearly a three weeks, no basically it was three weeks. Still no updates. I thought it was kinda getting ridiculous at this point, it was water damage, and my phone was corrupted, but it didn't matter even then at this point. Needed to make a confrontation, and what we got was that he couldn't fix the phone.. ._. What? "Why would you say the phone would be ready on a Saturday then?'' Asking the question, "Why did you not give us a text or call?" Completely ignored the question when it was asked every time and moved to a different subject. Until that point it became an argument. This was with my Father because I was at school at the time and it was my phone that was being repaired. He did not give back the money to something he didn't even fix or the duration of time he took to give updates, which he didn't at all. And the date that was supposed to be set was 1-3 working days. (THREE WEEKS?) I payed the money that I only had since I am young and wanted to pay myself. After a bit of argument I got the money back. (at least) Now I'm left a phone that isn't fixed and all that time spent hoping that my phone would be ready. And I need my phone. He also asked for the code. Why? why would you need a code. I'm just going to say it was a scam, they thought they could make us forget and just complain online? No. got the money back. Since he wasn't intending to give it back, also got the phone back. Not fixed. I'm disappointed with the service and attitude that this service has brought me and to many others. I should of known better to who to go to. And not waste the time and money here. Please if you studied hard to get your job and want to get good reviews, please do your job properly and not scam others for your own pleasure, please? :)"

"Awful customer service. Had a phone screen repaired and within a week it became unresponsive. I brought the phone back in and they would not help me out. I was offered no solution without paying another hefty cash sum. An absolute shambles. A botch job. A cod bill, a cod. Fuming."

"absolute scam . charges 50% higher rate than everywhere else in kilkenny. Had my phone screen repaired for 130 euro and 3 weeks later it became unresponsive without any crack or scratch to the screen . They ignored the legal 1 year warrantee and refused to help me in anyway without paying another 100. Terrible customer service from Raul who in the end refused to answer my questions . the top comment on google is also from an employee of the staff"
