"Nice place with friendly staff. I had an americano coffee and vegetarian bteakfast. The coffee was awful and tasted grainy. I left half of it. The vegetarian sausages were very salty and must have been deep fried because they were very greasy. The mushrooms were I think canned as had no taste. Apart from that it was served with two fried eggs and beans which was fine. I would definitely not go back which is a shame as it was a nice place."
"The family came to town on the day after St Stephens. We wanted to grab a coffee and some light bites. We rang in advanced and confirmed it was open for walk in’s. We made our way to the cafe. It was before 15:00 on the 27th December 2022. When we got there, there was about seven tables free. We waited to be seated. The waitress came over, she said there was no tables available, all reserved. The waitress mentioned they were closing at 16:00 (says 17:00 on the site but hey ho) we would only have been there for about 30mins max as we had plans but she didn’t even ask. I do think they wanted to go home early and didn't really care about the customer. If they just respected the customer enough to be honest and not lie ie why not say you want to clear up and leave early Unfortunate based on the about I cannot leave this place a positive review. PS I walked past the place at 15:30 and all the tables were still unoccupied"
"I had breakfast ciabatta there - it was really nice. Staff is lovely and friendly. Place looks clean and modern. You can really relax there. Would take one star back as I got latte in short cup insted of tall one - it did not taste like latte as cup was to small and not enough milk was pured, but asked lady there can I have tall glass and she made me new coffee in tall glass. So star is saved -thank you for making me new coffee. They making cute hearts on the coffees as well. Definetly will be back."
