"Went in for a take away coffee earlier today. There was two young girls working, neither of them said hello when I approached the counter area. Also, neither of them replied once I said hello. Instead, I got a strange look, bad vibes and an unwelcome feeling. Also, when I was handed my coffee, I said thank you very much and have a nice day. She turned around and walked away without saying a word. Absolutely terrible manners, it really costs nothing to be nice. Definitely won't be back, no manners or appreciation for custom."

"Lovely staff but very inexperienced and very very slow. Not their fault as their manager sits at a table with her laptop instead of helping them when its busy. Always trays left at tables and have waited at least 20mins in line 3 times already."
