"I went to a few kitchen places while trying to pick my new kitchen. But none were as informative and helpful as Mark and Claire in Cash & Carry Kitchens. I changed my mind a few times and Mark was happy to help every step of the way. Any time I had a question they were there to help and advise. Alistair came and put in the kitchen he was in and out in the one day. And he was amazing. So informative and went through everything with me. Got home after work yesterday and I am completely in love with the kitchen. It far surpassed my expectations. Absolutely thrilled with the service, products and installation. Would 100% recommend Cash and Carry Kitchens"

"I recently purchased a fitted kitchen from Cash & Carry Kitchens Limerick. I found their service to be extremely poor, no follow-up on my queries. There were wrong measurements and waste materials. The fitter's saw broke down on Friday, he couldn't do the job Saturday because he was looking at a new site he said. He then got Covid and eventually I had to get a new fitter a week later. It went over the timescale 3/4 weeks and my space was left untidy and dusty - I had to clean up on 3 separate occasions. They were very reluctant to visit the site when asked to do so. They said they had other customers and couldn't come. You pay 100% upfront for what is very shoddy service. I was particularly concerned when I was informed by a staff member that she had quite enough of me all week - which was extremely rude, unprofessional and very poor customer service. I left 3 messages with the director Mr Niall Cuthbert who never got back to me. I would not deal with this company again"
