I would be a regular at this Lidl and I have seen several instances of their staff going above and beyond for customers, I've seen them have great patience when customers are being difficult (to say the least), and the security team there regularly greet you with a smile. "Good products, except fruits. Spoiled, rotten fruits, empty shelves, often very dirty floors. Staff smiles, but you can feel that you are not welcome here. Recently heard how staff member said to elderly women to step aside because he has to put products into shelve. Seriously? He can't wait 15 seconds? Probably the staff is overworked and tired."
