"Snotty, rude, unhelpful, ignorant and I'm pretty sure that having photographs of people that what I assume are banned from the shop displayed on the wall, visible to the public is a breech of GDPR. I asked a simple question regarding a replacement part for a washing machine and was met with prehistoric customer service and a look of dumfoundedness. This isn't my first experience of poor customer service from this shower, as iv experienced overpricing with certain items in the past. Will be taking my business anywhere but here from now on."
