"Deadfull. The worst retail experience I have ever had. Ordered a bed in early January.. told we would have it in two weeks... two weeks passed... "it'll be another two weeks"... This went on for two months... Then we were told the item was discontinued... So we chose an alternative item... this arrived promptly..... But... the item was incomplete, boxes were taped up with cellotape and one box was clearly water damaged with pieces inside unusable. And before support responds to this post... this is what customer support emailed me when i messaged them enquiring about the delay... "the store would be the only ones with the information on that so the update you were given by them would be all that we can go by" So, no point emailing support then. Felt sorry for the guy in the store I was dealing with. He was wasn't to blame. Woegeous customer care."

"My mom and I had a great experience today when we were buying our first airfryer. This was mainly due to Jake, who was very knowledgeable, intelligent and helped us to pick out the best airfryer. He told us the positive and negatives of each of the products we were interested in and advised us on a Ninja airfryer and gave us a discounted prince. We left with a machine that we are very happy with :)."

"We ordered and paid for an appliance in-store, and after four weeks without any news and no one answering the phones, we came back to check. We were told by other staff to ask Kate at the appliance store's till, apparently she was the only one who could answer our request. She told us to wait until she finished with another customer. After she finishes with the other customers, she puts her jacket on and sneaks out with a bottle of water, thinking we didn't notice her. After waiting for another 20 minutes to get a single answer, someone else showed up, and they actually couldn't find our order for 20 minutes. After all of this, they gave us an open box with a lot of damages as the only one available, with no apologies! Such a rude staff and such unprofessional behavior. We will never return to this store because of their rude behavior.Don't go to Harvey Norman, or if you have already ordered something, don't go to Kate because she is rude!!!"

"My wife and I purchased 2 items in the sale which were not in stock. We received a call when they were ready for collection. The members of staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. I've had similar experience in the past."
