"Appalling service, avoid at any cost. Was fitted for shoulder adjustment to an evening gown by “Katia”. She said no problem, pinned it up and told me to call in a week.not ready when called, told to call back in an hour, still not done. Called 2 days later. Fitted dress on, could not see any difference at all, “katia” said she did work on the dress, I couldn’t see any evidence at all of that. Then said she couldn’t do any better as dress was “too tight for YOU anyway!!” !( I was able to get the dress on and off in changing cubicle without opening the zip, so clearly wasn’t the case) I reminded her she had measured me for it and said no problem 9 days ago, but her reply was “well things change when you start working on something” I have never met a ruder, more unpleasant woman and I’m appalled the zipyard has her as an employee, dealing with the public She also must have damaged my dress as there was beading groom the dress falling on the floor of the cubicle as I was changing. The man on reception did offer me a discount off €20 off the €40 cost because he could see how angry and disappointed I was with her service( she didn’t give one hoot, ignorant, ignorant lady) but I was so annoyed, I didn’t want him to think it was a “money” issue rather that dreadful service, that I paid him the full amount. Avoid this service at any cost, total waste of money and definitely dress wasn’t worked on at all."

"Was told to leave dress for a week. Not ready when I called in. Told it would be ready in an hour. Said I’d get a coffee while waiting. Called back 2 hours later, still not done!!! Also €40 to take up at the shoulders seems a bit steep! Hope it’s ready on Monday, ! Not happy as called into town specifically to collect it, total waste of my time!!"

"I got 3 of my trousers altered here last March. I was just looking to reduce the length a bit and to get the leg openings stitched. It took them over 2 weeks to get the work done and just after 1 month of wearing them, the stitching threads from the leg opening came out fully for 2 trousers. I know its a while ago, I just didn't have time to come to the city center. You had one job mate and u messed it up. It was expensive as well. Very much disappointed."
