"New Look is my favourite shop and I found what I was looking for. There are always reductions. Staff is nice and kind."

"Creepy security guard, wouldn’t stop staring at my face (sometimes legs) even after I said I felt uncomfortable (front door). He got indignant, but looked scared. After going to the changing rooms, he was planted right outside already staring in that direction as if he were waiting for somebody. His eyes followed me until I walked behind him, where he slightly turned his body and kept turning his head back. A few days later, he did the same thing. I went to the retail assistants and while I was explaining what happened, he interrupted telling them “don’t save her”. I went upstairs to for winter boots, and he follows he up, walks in a circle around me and glances at my legs until he realises I can see him in the mirror. While I’d never let a creep stop me from buying what I need, how he behaved was unacceptable. When I told the manager the next day she said no one deserves to feel uncomfortable, but a regional manager was coming in the next day, which I presume is the reason she never got back to me about it. She tried to subtly make excuses for him, like “jokingly” asking if I’d paid for those boots, or saying I wouldn’t be coming in again to cause trouble (I only asked him to stop), though she did offer to walk me out."

"Every time I go to the one in cruises street the security guy comedown and wait for me like he is already know I am stealing from them it's not the first time I even went inside to see if there are other shopper there was many white girls and no one was following them I am feed up of this discrimination and racial profiling by the staff I will not go there again"

"Normally love new look and frequently buy their clothes, however I decided to buy a top online, the white top arrived to me with a big black stain on the front so obviously I brought it in store to get a refund which I was not allowed to get even though I had brought in the top with all the same packaging it had came to me with but whatever I willingly took a credit note for it instead but found even though I did not complain the staff member who I’m nearly sure was a manager was very rude towards me as if I was the one in the wrong ! Disheartening experience as I usually would have trusted the quality of this shop"

"Used to really love New Look. I'm plus size and they've gotten rid of the Inspire/Curves section in-store and moved it online which I and I'm sure many other plus size customers in Limerick were disappointed with. It was really the only place where I could get fashionable age appropriate clothes that fit well and that I could afford. Other plus size stores cater more to an older generation of customers and their clothes are outside of my affordability range. Yes, I know I can still shop for New Look's clothes online but as anyone plus size will tell you I'm sure, it's hard to judge what kind of clothes will suit your body by looking at them on a screen. Also, having to wait a week or so to receive the clothing in order to try them on, only to find they don't fit or don't suit etc is very aggravating. Very disappointed the New Look has taken the plus size section out of the store. However, that's not the staff's fault. The staff here are lovely. Very friendly & helpful. They're the only reason I'm giving stars. The staff get 5* but the online move has let them down"
