Finally got dress she tried it on but its 2 big on top and as it's not custom made nothing can b done. We were not told this wen ordering dress. Manager on phone useless and shop assistant who was there smiling bout it all. Very unprofessional left d shop n tears. Do not buy from her Reply is unsatisfactory will not recommend you to anyone"
"Ordered and received my dress a couple of months ago but only getting around to leave a review now. I initially ordered a dress that wasn’t the right size and their customer service was excellent and fast in regards to an exchange and shipping it out to me asap. The dress itself was absolutely stunning and I got so many compliments on it. I recommend this boutique to all of my friends for their debs dresses as I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the gowns and their brilliant customer service! ❤️"
