"Shop which has refund policy in place, to return items within 14 days refused to give me my money back straight after purchase. Paid for pillows and straight after I realised that package was not sealed asked for new ones and had been told they all come as open packaged which as sellotaped to look like its actually sealed. In this day and time as we all deal with Covid19 selling pillows which are exposed to everything and everyone should not be allowed. I didn't leave the store with them and asked for refund as I did not feel safe taking them with me, pillows is not something I can put to washing machine and clean. I was refused refund and got store credit, even though store has refund policy which was not following. I will not be back."
