"Not suitable for anybody with mental health difficulties/ mental illness/ mental health issues. You will not be welcomed and not listened to. I am on a high dose of Quitapine & needed an emergency supply only to be "warned/advised" that my medication is a black listed medication that could be abused?? I was just having a bad time with my grandaunt dieing, loosing my passport, loosing my medication, loosing my suitcase that I just needed an emergency supply which is about 3 daily dosages. So I did what no doctor or psychiatrist advises I didn't take any medication for two days. To help me feel better I went back to self harming- the one thing the medication stops. So guys just please don't self-harm, don't leave yourself without medication and don't visit this pharmacy."

"I went into this chemist yestetday, the girl behind the counter was the most unprofessional and ignorant person I have ever met, I have not been to this chemist in a year over the same woman. I wanted to get a cough bottle, for an ongoing cough she told me that I will have to go the doctor that I probably have the covid and go back to the doctor. You will know this women easily she couldn't smile if you actually paid her, she refused to serve sayin I can't do nothing for you my gf went in a half an hour later and they gave her the cough bottle straight away. Im a nurse dealing with the Peoples loved ones that have the covid, putting my life at risk, but I don't mind it's my job, her only job is to actually help people with over the counter medication, I think it was disgraceful and the other staff where know help either, i would not recommend this chemist to anyone, they do as they please and gave no interest in a person care, it's pity people are like that, it represents all the staff in there, I called the women back mad explained the situation, and what she done wrong wit know suprise she had nothing to say. I want to take this further as I felt embarrassed and discriminated against for know other reason ., That's actually picking up a cough in work while putting my life at risk, I would highly not recommend this chemist, for anyone that might not look like there suitable customers, I had to back into work with a bad cough. Disgraceful customer service and a disgraceful professional working manner."
