"John Gleeson and his outstanding staff are second to none . He has every script up to date, Allergies included, alerts you to what May , and may not interact with other medications ,and always gives the most excellent advise, as does his acting pharmists,(who I may add )are always willing to give time and explain what ever questions you may have. There is always a friendly greeting for you at the counter by all members of staff, who are immaculately groomed and every body knows you on first name bases. Their attention to detail, regarding your medication is second to none. The products they stock are in valuable in cases where you can't get to a doctor as their knowledge of over the counter products and of what you are prescribed as a patient is never over looked! Referrals are always made! John and his staff will Always have your best interest first and foremost ...and will advise what is the best remedy for you until you can get an app with your gp or even suggest a hospital visit if needs be. They are surperbe and record every medication you have been on so you never have to worry about keeping records yourself. This is vital for patients who have complexed medical history's or have numerous allergies and sensitivity to different medications. The "bubble blister pack" system they have going , is fantastic as you have a medication list on hand for hospital emergencies or appointment visit , and many consultants have commented on how "informative " the contact information the Allergy section & dosage information was so helpful in their job. With him since he first opened. Nothing is a problem for John and his staff when it comes to the customers well being. He goes over and beyond the calls of duty to help and so does his staff. During the covid19 ,The staff were working tirelessly, but still had a beautiful sunny and friendly disposition, and always bang on time with your medication.
