"Went to Sam Macaulay down town the other day ..had been trying to purchase items online as they were on sale and when I went to check out they were full price .went into store to purchase said items ,asked the woman behind counter why I was having such problems and she turns around rudely and told me she knew nothing about it that it had nothing to do with her .. definitely wnt be leaving any more money in this place it cost nothing to be bloody nice in this place"
"I mistakenly arrived at a time on sunday when the store had just closed. The staff were ready to go home and the doors were locked but without begging or fighting, they let me in to pick up a non perscription, inexpensive item that I would have struggled to get otherwise and would have been in dire straits without- and i believe they knew that. I'm very grateful for the kindness of the staff and wanted to leave a review that reflects that as an additional thank you."
