"Great shop I have gone here for years but I was holy disappointed when I bought multiple perfumes and aftershaves a few months before Christmas which me and my partner have older bottles of still. The new bottles which were full price are terrible quality compared to the older bottles we have the sent isn't as intense and doesn't last a day let alone 2 weeks like the old Victor and Rolf spice bomb and Lacome La Nuit. The difference is massive when comparing the two bottles to the old ones we have but the smell is similar just much lover quality. Very sad I will not be buying these types of products here anymore."
"I went into print wedding photos for my old age Mother and enough though it was quite, none of the staff could work the photo counter. I had to leave for overseas the next day so my Mother went in and the staff that served her were rude and made her feel stupid. What’s ever happened to customer service. She’s obviously not good with technology but making an old lady feel like that is just horrible."
"Went to purchase perfume this evening in kilkenny High Street and the woman behind the counter did not have a mask on. Not even under her chin! She came out onto the shop floor to fetch an item, still no mask. She was the only member of staff who was not wearing a mask. I was disgusted by her behaviour. She has a Eastern European accent and blonde hair. Not good enough!! Can't understand why her colleagues put up with this. Management needs to address this ASAP"
"Pharmacy never has a full prescription of anything! It opens late in the mornings, the beauty supervisor is a horrible middle aged woman that is never helpful. However the photography section staff are wonderful"
"About 5-6 weeks ago I partook in a NRT incentive at this branch which involves filling up a reward card with each 10 euro spent on nicotine products. The idea was that once i'd spent 150 euro in-store on NRT products I'd receive a 20 euro discount. Another 150 Euros and I'd get a 50 Euro discount. So naturally enough as I was using NRT to quit smoking this was a sound incentive. So I filled up one half of the booklet (150 euros) plus an extra 20 on the second sheet. And low and behold i am informed that the promotion has ended. What a bunch of crooks. Obviously if you run an incentive of this nature you should be obligated to accept filled incentive cards even if the promotion has ended. At least for a short time even. The lady i spoke to at the branch consulted a manager about this who confirmed the offer had ended and incentive cards could no longer be redeemed. Despite the fact that not two weeks had passed between my last purchase (where a member of staff continued to fill out the incentive card) and my request to redeem. Funny thing is, after having looked at the T+C on the back it actually says offer ends 30th June 2016, cards must be redeemed by 31st July 2016. hmm. So this incentive wasn't valid to begin with. Again. What a bunch of crooks. Can't trust this kind of shoddy business. Conning their own customers. Bad business, bad management. I'll never shop there again."
