"It's a great example how accommodation supposed to look like. Very neat, nice and clean room, spacious fully equipped shared kitchen. Also in the rooms you've got little kitchenette. "The B&B was lovely. The Manager was lovely. He told me when I went out to town that the front door would be open when I got home late and there be somebody there at all times. So when I came back after my Dad's 70th birthday the door was locked. I could not get in. I knocked on the door repeatedly but no answer. I had to sleep in my car. How do I go about getting a refund? "Just back from a nights stay at this fantastic accomodation. This is first rate. Clean, quite bathroom was super, beds so very comfortable. Little extras mean alot and they everywhere in this guesthouse. We drove in the 10 minutes to the Castle and got parking for €3:90 virtually all day & at night from 6pm to 2am parking free in town. Nore River House allowed us be part of the Kilkenny Arts Festival & this place is on my list to tell everyone ..."
