"I just had my nose and ear pierced at Clare's by Sarah. I couldn't praise her professionalism more. From the time we made my appointment to the piercings themselves she was not only extremely competent with regards piercings and after care, she was also very friendly which was a delight. This is the 4th piercing I have had at Clare's and I will be back. I would highly recommend them for their 5 star treatment."

"purchased some items here for my daughters. They had sign up at the till offering 15% off for health care workers. Put it through the till but it was not 15% as advertised I said it to the girl and her attitude was that's it!! Obviously not able to use the till.... I asked to speak to the manager who seemed quite annoyed to have to help and rudely said "I m doing it" No apology or even a smile. Clearly these girls need some training in customers service and basic manners."

"Very unhelpful. She was so busy stacking shelves I was wondering was she ever going to come to the counter then when I explained that the disc on the stud came off her solution was sending it away for repair or get a new one no point in getting more studs when they're only barely glued together. Then they won't put in the studs for u because of covid. Never again. I must specify this was the one in town. The ones in the crescent shopping centre are more helpful as it turned out today my right ear is infected if she hadnt cleaned it and put in fresh studs it would've been an awful lot worse. They didn't want to help me in town. The five stars are for the Claire's accessories in crescent shopping centre certainly not cruises street."

"Told me that I couldn’t get two piercings because it would effect my freshly pierced cartilage, even though I’ve watched many many many people get them done and are perfectly fine. They clearly did not want to work with me as the girl walked behind and called for her manager to tell me off. I will now go get my piercing s done in another shop and definitely not in Claire’s that’s for sure."
