"What time does mcdonalds open? 7am it's supposed to. Waiting at the drive though from 6.55 drive through didn't open till 7.05. Then was told please pull up to the waiting area. Waiting till 7.20 for a breakfast roll meal. Was given my coffee at the counter obviously that was cold wen my I got my food. And what's the deal with not giving out napkins anymore?? Very bad experiance all round."
"Everybody knows that McDonald's is meant to be the place, where customer can expect same flavours and same level of service. Well, McDonald's ENNIS is not the same! It is the best! Popped into for a quick breakfast while exploring beautiful county Clare and was pleasently surprised by how dedicated are people who work there! Breakfast was perfect and customer service was outstanding! Cleanliness of the whole place is to be proud of! Honestly, I think it is cleanest McDonald's restaurant in Ireland, and I've been to good few of them! I mean it! Clean tables, seats, floors, inside and outside of the restaurant, even lampposts are being regularly cleaned! People who work at McDonald's ENNIS, make this place different!"
"Most recent experience delivery missing item and was told "to pick it up today or tomorrow", no talk of getting another one from the delivery for the food I ordered for my family, left watching everyone else eat while I had no resolution to my missing meal. Other experiences with the drive threw: Asked if they had sugar donuts was told they were available to which I got to the window for them to need to tell me they were out of stock (after I have paid) Happy meal's that I order was missing fruit juices asked where they were and had to explain multiple times to staff that the juice was missing from my order Most of the time with the drive threw we find something is missing be it fries or donuts TLDR; can't get orders right always make sure to check them before you leave Would give 0 stars but unfortunately have to give at least 1 star for the review"
