"Update 23/01/23 - Have to commend this restaurant and the manager, Chloe, who rang me (and I believe any customers affected on NYE) last week (unsolicited) and apologised for the slight mishap. Ordered takeaway this weekend and it was delicious. The All The Meat pizza and Pulled Pork burger were especially liked and will definitely be back. I will definitely be back and I'm looking forward to trying their burger. I also think that the value for money is one of the best in town compared to what you get from other places. First time here was about 3/4 weeks ago. We were 1 of 3 tables so a little quiet but didn’t mind that at all as service was good and food came out promptly. We decided to order takeaway for New Year’s Eve - what a disappointment.. ordered through an app for pickup and went to restaurant when was informed it was ready. Everything was ready except one dish. The poor girl said it would be right out. After a few minutes I asked again and she said ‘yeah two minutes’ and walked away and didn’t come back. I wanted to say I’ll take everything except the missing dish but there was no one to say it to without walking into the kitchen.. I just had ti leave as there was no sign of food or otherwise. Friendly tip, if ordering via an app.. choose the pay at restaurant option just in case.. huge disappointment.."

"Superb location on the outskirts of Ennis near the West County and Flannan’s. Excellent selection of parking. Amazing selection of food. The Mad Hatter Platter is a great option for a reasonable price as it fed my fed myself, my wife and my daughter. Excellent service."
