"Although one off the staff members was very helpful and brought me the item I was looking for from the stock room, that particular item has been off the floor for 3 days!! As I proceeded to the check outs 1 out off 2 them was already closing down before noon as the lady rushed for her afternoon tea. The customer service surprisingly was open for a change and actually had a staff member there. But unfortunately the person behind the the desk was lacking basic people skills never mind customer service skills. Most off the time the place is a big mess and risk hazard as the big trolleys with empty boxes are continuinsly left on the floor. As well as some off the staff members are more than happy to run you over with their stock trolley if you don't get out off their way on time."
"Staff on the till in this place are a joke, no customer service what so ever in this place, the lad we got looked and smelt like he spent his lunch smoking cannabis and couldn't understand simple things like scanning the club card, spent the whole time more focused on a girl in a mini skirt in the que rather then doing his job to the point the girl herself seemed to feel awkward, all of us in the que did with with this lad, bottom of the barrel standards in Tesco Ennis"
"Nice shop but could do with selling more sustainable organic produce. Very little frozen organic products. Also lots of organic veg wrapped in plastic"
"Basic. Very Poor customer service. Staff give off the impression that the customers are an annoyance -"
