"Just returned home but had to write a review! We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and absolutely loved it! 27/03/23 -29/03/2023. All the staff were lovely! Especially the barman and 2 waitresses in the restaurant! The hotel was clean and tidy! The meals in the restaurant were delicious! Thank you all concerned for a wonderful break! :)"
"Stayed here as part of a group for a hen party recently. Rooms were comfortable and all amenities we could need. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, esp when it came to group booking. Great views and handy location, a walk away from everything. Handy covered parking area also. Highly recommend"
"The location is just so serene. The lakeside view is so pretty. There is a bar which has been beautifully made to sit around. The rooms are comfortable and not too much. They give peaceful vibes. The staff is amazing. It was an amazing stay here."
"Rated as a 3 star hotel and that's exactly what it is. Staff are nice and accommodating. Rooms are dated (some under renovation so should be better in the future), although nice view of the river. $6.40 for a pint of orchard theves which is very expensive I think. OK for a budget trip away."
"We stayed here for my hen party in October and we just had the best night! The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a 10 minute walk into the city centre. We had dinner in the hotel on the night and the food was delicious! As a group of 20 (and a hen party) I wasn't expecting anything that good to be served to us but it was honestly so so good. The best thing about the whole experience though was the staff. They were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you so much for giving us a brilliant night!"
