"Great staff - couldn't be more helpful. We parked on the Quay as the hotel car park is a bit small. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Bar food is nice and had a couple of vegetarian options."
"Stayed here a few times for work. Rooms are nice and big. The bar and food is poor, very bad menu, small small selection of foods on offer. Especially for someone who can’t eat everything. They need to add more of a selection to the whole menu. It’s very limited and wouldn’t entice you to eat here. I definitely would only use this as a last resort if you are looking for good food. Music in the bar is very loud. I can see why the bar is always quiet.!"
"The bar area wasn't bad but overall lacked atmosphere abd while the room was large and had the usual things in it, it felt tired, as did the corridors and the lift was poor. It's fine but not much more. Reception and bar staff were very good however! Shout out to friendliness by them!"
"We stayed here on New Year's Eve for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel , lovely food , very nice staff. Rooms are very nice , the bathrooms are recently done to a highh standard. The shower was excellent , could have stayed in it all day. The only downfall was , we were in room 123 and it faces a main road with very poor double glazing so did not get much sleep. So if staying again will look for another room . Highly recommend."
"Had dinner in the bar on a Sunday afternoon and fabulous relaxing atmosphere. Food was delicious and the Guinness and treacle bread with the soup is worth a try alone. Steak was cooked perfectly and was so tender. Will definitely return."
