"Kathleen was a wonderful and kind host, we were able to get a room pretty last minute as we wanted a nights respite away from a local festival at which we were working and camping. Despite arriving quite late to the b&b, Kathleen was so accommodating and friendly. The beds were comfortable, TV and WiFi all worked well. Hot shower and soft towels and delicious breakfast the next day with lots of options! Kathleen went above and beyond by giving us a lift in her car back to work at the festival after we struggled to get a taxi to pick us up!! Truly exceptional host!! Highly recommend! Thank you!"
"Stayed here on my own for a weekend, while attending a course in Waterford City. No one there when I arrived at 4, but nice & friendly and apologised for this on arrival. Decor a bit old fashioned and wooden stairs, which made for a lot of noise with other guests arriving back at night. Nice breakfast served. Very convenient to the City Centre and nice view across the road."
"Stayed here in the summer. Kathleen was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. And tea or coffee was available throughout the day. Located two minutes walk from Grannagh Castle. Quiet pub that serves nice food also two minutes walk away. Waterford city just a ten minute drive away. Would highly recommend this place."
