"Very nice place tot stay. In a quiet but beautiful little town called Shannonbridge you can find Laurel Lodge B&B. Although we arrived late in the evening, the landlady offered us coffee, tea and cookies. The familyroom we rented was nice with more than enough space and clean. The beds slept good. In the morning the landlady made us a complete Irish breakfast, including home-made Irish soda bread muffins she baked with her granddaughter. It was all so much, that we skipped our lunch! Our children loved the garden. The seesaw and swing set did the trick! Very recommendable B&B! Thank you for everything!"
"Got accomodated in the evening on a very short notice. Got some tea upon arrival and a plenty of advice on local sights. Breakfast was good, too."
"Very nice host who makes you feel very welcome, we were greeted with tea, coffee and cakes which was great after a long drive. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, with a good choice on offer. The lady gave us a recommendation for somewhere to get a good evening meal nearby, I would stay here again if I was in the area in future."
"A very nice friendly place and very helpful"
"Very good, a farm converted into a b&b. Very welcoming. good breakfast Close to the River Shannon for fishing enthusiasts. It is worth visiting the town and the fortress with the bridge that was key in the struggle for independence."
