"As you will see from the pictures I had my hair highlighted and this is what I came out with (orange roots). I was very unhappy with it and made it clear that I wanted it fixed so the stylist booked me in for the following week. I have had my hair highlighted for several years but have never experienced such a bad result. A few days later the owner, Majella rang me but would not accept any responsibility, patronised me, spoke to me in an unwelcome tone but worse wanted to charge me €120/€130 to fix it. I cannot express how appalled I am at the level of customer service at this salon. I will never be returning."
