"dirtiest beds I've ever seen in my life and the plastic "blanket" has stains on it, fortunately there was another bed in the room without a pillow, the plastic blanket was so useless i had to sleep with my jacket and the heater only works in one room, don't come here to study if you have any sense of self respect"

"The handover of the keys in the late evening by the security service went smoothly. The house was convenient for us, but we already knew that as we had been to Galway many times. The house was cleaned and in order. Bed linen and towels were available and the beds were made. The size of the house is absolutely fine. The kitchen was in a sorry state. The stove was far from working properly. The cupboards smelled terrible and the kitchen accessories - if they were available at all - were the last scrap. There is no double bed, there were two single rooms on the first floor and a twin room upstairs. Since the beds are built in, you couldn't put them together. Unfortunately, this was not apparent when booking. The mattresses were completely worn out so that you could feel every single spring. But the worst part was the noise. The accommodations are apparently often booked by party people. And everything is extremely noisy. Once there was a group next door for 3 days that was so loud that we couldn't sleep for 3 nights. But the worst was last night, 10 hours of loud music and people were all screaming without a break. Incredible. No consideration was given to Covid-19 guidelines either. The security is of course always undetectable in such situations and of course does nothing except look away and disappear. I would never book this place again due to the volume and ignorance. Otherwise, the price-performance ratio would be just about okay. Very basic accommodation, but a cheap price."

"Self catering rooms basic but good for familys. Located near all.amenities including galway city is 45 min walk. Only down is the sub_standard cleanliness of the facilities inside but all cleaning equipments provided"

"Absolute false advertising!!! We rented out 3 houses for a weekend and when we got there the houses looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. It wasn’t helped that I didn’t get a wink of sleep because it is a hotspot for under age drinking and partying until all hours. I can sum my visit up by saying the whole place smells like carrots and cheese"

"On arrival there were clean towels. Bed linen was provided but not too clean. The floors were very dirty which I had to be wash immediately (it took two washes!). There was a stale smoke smell in the property and black mould inside the front door. There are bins in the property but don't expect them to be emptied frequently. It's not a bad place to stay but for Christ sake clean it a bit more regularly!"
