"One of the worst experiences I've ever had! A child was allocated to give me "an upstyle", 15 minutes and didn't listen to one thing I said! A 5 year old would have done a better job. Don't waste your time just do your own hair if you have an occasion. I would have said something to try and fix the situation but she hadn't listened to me in the first place so I didn't want to make it worse for myself when I had to go home and redo my hair in a morning where I didn't have time in the first place."
"I asked for a long layered cut and I got a blunt bob. I asked for the ends to be thinned out but now they all just stick out at different angles, there was no consultation before my hair was washed so the lady cutting had no idea what my hair looked like dry. I've never cried over a haircut before, but it's going to be about a year before I can even tie it up in a ponytail. My hair wasn't damaged at all to warrant it all being cut off, I showed her how long to leave it and she said I didn't want it that long and took it all."

"I'm a regular visitor to Fusion /La Belle and would highly recommend the salon.With it's central location and convenient parking (2hrs free which is an added bonus) it makes every trip stress free. Pauline, Liz and all the girls are so warm and friendly and extremely talented at what they do - I always come away feeling amazing!!!! Can't wait for my next visit!!!!"
"Hair was very tightly curled after asking for loose curls. She said they would loosen throughout the day but they didn’t and she put in way too much hairspray. Eyelashes were put on wrongly and were out of place. I asked her to fix them and she gave out to me because she was ‘running behind schedule’ . My real eyelashes were trimmed as she trimmed the false ones while they were on. Foundation too orange and dark. Took it all off as soon as I got home. Overall, I must say I was unimpressed and would not recommend this to anyone."
