"Absolutely horrible service in the last few months. My mom and I have been a patient here for 14 years. I rang in in January with severe tonsillitis which I got prescribed antibiotics and issued a sick cert. My prescription and sick cert (which I paid for) never got sent to the pharmacy even after being in contact with the clinic multiple times. I ended up having to go to emergency doctors as my throat had closed up completely. This week my mother went in for a repeat prescription for a very painful condition in her legs. She went to the Pharmacy below, the prescription was not there. She went back to reception and the ladies in reception just said they cannot help her as the doctor is too busy (even though it seemed there was absolutely no other patients in the clinic). She got told to come back in an hour or so. She came back and her prescription still was not ready in the pharmacy. Now she will be stuck for her medication for the whole bank holiday weekend. There have been other multiple occasions where other family members found it so difficult to actually get a prescription sent on to a pharmacy. I don't know what has been going on in the past while but this health mail system is really not working for fairies cross and is so frustration. I have not had any issues with other practices sending prescriptions to the pharmacy in this time. It is just really sad, as I said we have been patients here for 14 years and we really like our GP but how is it possible that in the last while there is literally such hassle to get a hold of a prescription."

"John Chute is the worst Gp I ever had .doesn't take time to listen .when asked to make refferal for counselling for my child he didn't do it for weeks and months.and in the end i decided to sort it out myself privately. If appointment made for 4 o clock be prepared to wait at least 1 .5 h . He made a mistake and he gave medicine to my 4 year old at the time ,medicine which is only for adults ,not suitable for ny son's age . Not happy at all and I wouldn't advice anybody registering with that gp"

"12.08.2021 Came with my partner as we made an appointment. The lady behind the window told me to stay outside without asking me a question! What if my partner has difficulty to speak, talk English or can not talk at all?? My partner has no English, she will come to me and will be mad at me, because without me she cannot explain what is wrong with her Really BAD behaviour!! I only hope it has nothing to do with my skin colour."
