"(This is the second negative review I've ever left on Google, I'm not traditionally a complainer) TLDR: The price they charge for the initial assessment and orthotic is not the complete price. You are subject to additional charges beyond your control. If something goes wrong with their assessment, or the creation of the Orthotic, and they have to -reassess- you and fix their mistake, at -some point- they will charge you again to fix their initial mistake through absolutely no fault of your own. I repeat, if they need to assess your feet twenty times to get your orthotic built correctly, they will charge you. There's literally nothing you can do to prevent this series of events. We have spent ~500 euros to date, and still don't have properly fitted orthotics. Detailed story: We tried to get orthotics here, driving in from Waterville. It's a bit of a roundtrip, but we heard good things about them. Now, after five round trips, and fifteen hours of driving to and from Tralee we have yet to receive the proper Orthotics, and are, in fact being charged an additional 50 euros. They took a mold of my Mom's foot, and then weeks later we received the orthotics and Ann Marie realized that something was not quite right and had to make some sort of temporary adjustment. She then sent them back to make the adjustment permanent, and then when those arrived they needed to be sent back again. We've just been notified that they are available for pickup, however we need to pay an additional 50 euros, because of the "reassessment", however this seems unfair, because the only reason we need a reassessment is because (someone?) didn't assess us properly the first time. There's nothing we could have done to prevent this additional fee, and it seems unfair, and a bit illogical. Update: We finally received the proper molds on May 21st. Our first visit, I believe, was in January."
"My husband had his first appointment yesterday,,Fabulous lady,,very friendly ,,would recommende 100%. Will definitely be going back every few weeks."
"We just moved to Tralee and needed a new chiropodist. My husband has multiple chronic problems with his feet. He has gone to see Moira twice now and he is very happy with her care."
