"Absolutely appalling service was charged 200 euro for a scan which I was informed on the phone it was 150.waiting 40mins received upsetting news the nurse was so cold nd extremely rude throwing her eyes up to heaven when I was asking important news and the doctor had no English. I will never return and would urge all pregnant mums to avoid this place. Not even worth one star"
"My friend went to Tralee clinic for a scan. .They were 40minutes late for the appointment with no apology. My friend left there very upset, the nurse was very cold and abbrupt with her after giving her some worrying news. They also overcharged her 50 eu above the price given on the phone. Also you have to climb two sets of steep stairs which for some pregnant ladies would be very uncomfortable.. I am very disappointed, after reading good reviews it was a letdown. Will not be returning or recommending."
"I give it 10 out of 10, for professional service, attention to details, quality of care. I was a sceptic, but, a friend of mine who was attending the clinic recommended the clinic to me, I did the Bio Energy and I was astounded. I followed up with blood tests and other services and the results are amazing. I am no longer a sceptic as I am getting better by the day. Thanks a million to the wonderful staff there, my life has truly changed for the better as a result."
