I booked transport with Stephen from Shannon Airport to Cork City several weeks ago and it could not have been a more pleasurable trip. My flight was delayed by half an hour and he could not have been more understanding and kind about it. He met me with a smile and took my bags. The car was spotless and comfortable with plenty of leg room which is always appreciated! The conversation flowed seamlessly and he also has an excellent sense of humour. He also kindly stopped twice for me at service stations (I’ve a small bladder) and to get a bite to eat, which many drivers wouldn’t be so accommodating of. A professional and friendly service and he will not be beaten on price.
