"Hi I ordered taxi and was told what time taxi would be with me. Cab arrived on time and lovely driver brought me to my destination. As I have lymphoedema I'm slow in getting out of cars but he was very patient. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company and I will use their service again."

"WARNING: Cannot emphasize enough, if you have somewhere to be DO NOT ORDER THIS TAXI. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy. Their text system is a joke, they will cancel your taxi with no warning after “trying” to contact you even though you are waiting in the street for them. I ordered SEVEN taxis from this company over an hour and a half and not one taxi showed up. Ended up an hour late for a state exam. Extremely poor service you’d be better off walking to your destination (as I had to)"

"I've had so many issues with Satellite drivers. Some of them are really rude and sometimes aggressive. I complained about the poor service so many times. They'll yell at you and argue without a reason. Operators are the most disgraceful, they barely speak English and disconnect straight away when you call to make a complaint. Always say there's no manager. They lie that the taxi was dispatched when it wasn't. Today the driver was in his 70s and was super nice. Helped me with my baggage etc"

"I wish I could give zero stars. My party and I stood at the meeting space arranged by the company for nearly an hour after our arranged time and before getting a cab. Because of this we missed our appointment. We arrived several minutes early at the meeting point and expected a seamless pick-up for a high fare (Kinsale to Midleton.) After waiting for a five minutes past the time, I called to inquire about an eta for the driver. I was told that the driver had come and gone and that “they had tried to call me but my phone had gone to voicemail.” I informed them that I had no missed calls, that we’d been at the meeting place, that no taxi had pulled up, and that nobody had called out to ask if we were present. It was a small area, we would’ve seen a taxi had it arrived in the arranged place at the arranged time. We suspect that either no cab was actually sent or that they arrived very early and didn’t wish to wait until the agreed upon time. Rather than making any apologies, the operator at the company refused to answer my question about if my phone number had been recorded incorrectly, offered no apologies, and refused to connect me with another service. I have lived in Ireland for years and this is by far the most dismissive service I’ve received from a transport company. If you can, book another service."

"Have used Satellite Taxis a number of times and have always been happy with the service. Website is easy to navigate and book through, Taxis always arrive on time and get you where you need to be safe and sound. Early morning or late night not an issue! Booked a taxi this morning and had an absolutely lovely journey, my driver Bryan arrived bang on time and helped me with my luggage, was incredibly pleasant to chat to on route and overall a lovely gentleman. Delighted with the service, got me to the train station with plenty of time to spare, on route home for the Holidays! Merry Christmas to Bryan and his family and all the crew at satellite taxis!"
