"I Ordered a taxi to collect us at 17:10. No taxi arrived. I phoned the base to be told that the driver was knocking on the door at 17:00 as he arrived early. I ordered the taxi for 17:10 not 17:00. I reordered the cab and was told it would be with us asap. I phoned a while later as we had been waiting for some time. Was told the taxi would be a further 20 minutes. I wasn’t very happy with this but didn’t get a chance to say anything as the base operator hung up on me. So rude and inefficient. I do not recommend and will never use DJ Cabs again. I ordered the cab ahead of time for a reason. Gave 3 hours notice."
