"On the 30/11/2022 I bought my lunch In Centra for €4.29, I went to make use of the seating facilities (because it was heavily raining outside) which wasn't overly busy but there was a good amount of people there. Not 5 minutes in to me sitting down a woman claiming to be the manager came down and told everyone to get out and kicked me out into the rain. I tried to ask her name but she refused to tell me and I asked why I was being removed to which she responded "because I'm the manager and I do what I want". This was terrible customer service and as an individual who has experience in retail I was appalled at this behaviour. I will be avoiding this shop from now on and take my business else where."

"Got a breakfast roll with 3 items and was charged €5:25,the following day I got a breakfast roll with 5 items and was charged €3:50?I rang the store to complain that I was overcharged on 2 breakfast rolls and the manager couldn't be arsed apologizing or ringing back.This crowd will charge whatever they want depending on their mood."

"My experience with bohans fermoy has Ben terrible I'm so upset!! My first baby was christened August 2018 1 day later I drop her lovely gown to be dry cleaned here, when I collected I had assumed the stains that I firmly pointed out had Ben removed other wise I tout they would mention if not!! I put it away in the plastic they had put on it, had my 2nd baby 2019 she's wearing this gown took it out and where I pointed out stains they hadn't removed but now they are yellow dress ruined!! So I brought it back to see what they could do as they hadn't mentioned to me they hadn't removed these stains an nw hav turned yellow the guy there told me basically it's not there fault but when I was firm an explained it is because I should have Ben told they hadn't got the stains out I leave it with them he told me he'll call me 3 weeks later no call so I call in to b greeted by the same man very rude an unprofessional had every excuse under the son and it's not there fault they tried there best oh an he didn't say anything I had said he said from day one after all this he tells me there's different owners so there not taken the blame I asked for a manager he was the owner I'm behond upset such sentimental value in the gown never to be worn again, after all this arrived back to my car and the tags from last year still on the gown they hadn't even tried to remove the stains just left it sitting there after telling me they did an the previous owners all of a sudden had popped in out of the blue an he asked her to look at the dress I will NEVER step foot in here again an i warn others. Unprofessional ignorant no manners staff or should I say owner but I'm taken this further so it's all good!! Guess what a dry cleaners up the road sorted it with in 1 hour I had a call just goes to show really"
