"Amazing school, offers so many opportunities, many I didn't realise as a silly teenager but those I saw I grabbed with both hands. The teachers are fantastic and took an Interest in each of their students and helped them to excel. Our principal had an open door policy so we could approach h when we had a concern or an issue. I honestly couldnt recommend this school enough!"
"I finished attending this school this year after 6 years of great experiences! It's just the right size so everyone gets proper attention in class but not so small that the students are uncomfortable. The first few days of First Year are made easier by the Meitheal team who work to make sure that everyone is included and to help foster the sense of community that is present in all years. Personally, my best experiences were with languages and the arts in the school but all of the teachers are extremely dedicated and it just depends on what subjects you have a natural knack for. My closest friends had their best class experiences in the sciences which goes to show that all classes are well taught here and no area of education is overshadowed by another. Transition Year is also worthwhile as, in St. Al's, it's active and allows the students to explore their interests in a new way. It's not a waste of time like one might hear in other schools, it can be a really valuable experience. Overall, it's a wonderful school. All of the staff are encouraging and supportive, and all of the people I met there were polite and friendly."
