"The store manager was extremely rude and on the top not excepting a mistake she made, the price was 24 euros on box and she was selling for 45 euros and she refused to serve me. My son was extremely frustrated as it was a toy for himself. The worst customer service I have ever received. This is the worst manager I ever speak to Please be aware what you are paying."
"Caution! Price display problems. Prices can be quoted in £ Sterling with a very small pound sign next to the price. When you come to the till, the cashier can rip off the price discount tag on the box showing the 'bigger size number' in £Sterling you think is the Euro price. I was buying a pair of shoes. You think you are getting a discount and then the till operator gives you the bad news. He/she then informs you "you were probably looking at the £Sterling price" — so they are aware that it is a problem. This is a Euro area, they should not be quoting prices in £Sterling. It's like quoting a car, in miles, instead of kilometers to give the impression the amount traveled is lower. Positive side, big store, lots of stuff in there if you can find your way around it. Handy carry bags in there for a euro or so. But watch for any difference between the items on the floor and the actual till price, and just leave the item(s) at the till if you are not satisfied."
"I would like to put this up as the store manager was extremely rude and on the top not excepting a mistake she made, the price was 18 euros on box and she was selling for 45 euros and she refused to serve me The worst customer service ever I received from this store I have attached the pictures This is the worst manager I ever speak to !!!! Please be aware what you paying…!!! It’s a complete robbery on day light"
"I don't know how this store isn't after getting investigated or something. After reading so many reviews saying the same thing about over charging for items. The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I picked out two jack & Jones t-shirts on offer for €40. Went to the till (same story here with staff as in previous reviews, they are useless) and the girl said the tag wouldn't scan in for the offer. So I picked up a new one (also part of the €40 offer as displayed on the clothing) and then all of a sudden this t-shirt was €35 on its own?? I ended up leaving the t-shirts there and walking out. Love sports direct as they offer such good deals online but something should be done in this store to fix these issues."
"Joke!!! This place is a right joke! Picked up a few bits today, and prices shown on the items were not what they cost! This actually happened to a friend of mine aswell abit ago! Up at the till and your overcharged! Alot of items in Pound Sterling aswell which is ridiculous! We trade in Euro here, HELLO!!!!! Definitely will be going into Lifestyle or JD's in future!!!!"
