"I've always found this shop has a better approach to customer service than most other sports shops in Cork. One lady in particular is always so helpful when it comes to getting information on hockey gear. It does lack perhaps in size and choice what some of the other larger outlets have, however there are some great bargains to be had in the sales here. When I was there I saw a children's fleece top from trespass for 5 Euro! Hard to beat that."

"Check this shop's refund policy! I got a cold shower in there in the past when I tried to return a tennis racket, receipt in hand, which had a bad sound off of it. I think at one stage they had a "no refunds" sign on the porch glass on the front door, but took it down. Their shoe range isn't bad, though they may need to check with their other shops for sizes. Lots of male/ female sports sweaters, jackets, and modest amount of accessories."
