"I cannot recommend Caroline’s Pilates class enough. Excellent Classes, excellent teacher. I began attending Pilates Lifestyle with Caroline in 2019. I suffer with chronic back pain caused by bulging discs (x4), lateral curvature of lumbar spine, cervical facet joint arthrosis. I started with Caroline's beginners Mat Pilates and progressed until 2020 cautiously taking mat only, with Caroline's support in all movements. Always feeling the benefits post class. In 2021 I began private 1 to 1 classes on the reformer, which I was very nervous about but I benefited immediately. Currently attending a pregnancy reformer class which is amazing for supporting me through my pregnancy with chronic back pain. Caroline provides incredible support and confidence through her knowledge, she also has so many supportive video’s to help me do extra home work outside of classwork. I rely heavily on my classes to manage my back pain."
"Caroline's Pilates classes are super. Every single class is different, interesting and the time flies. I really feel the benefit of doing this. Caroline is also excellent at making sure the exercises are being done properly with the correct technique and provides different levels to do exercises depending on ability. She is also very flexible about replacement classes if classes are missed."
