"We recently moved to Killarney from Cork. While looking for furniture / fittings we called to Killarney Carpets and Furniture, we spoke with Rachel and Niall who when they heard we had just moved welcomed us to the town. Since then we have purchased a number of items form them. I can't say enough about the excellent friendly service we've received. Rachel, Tara and Niall have a great sense of humour welcome and a first class range of stock. I have no hesitation in saying for us it's been a 5 star plus service. "Would not recommend, waited 3 months for a small piece of lino that was meant to take 3 to 4 weeks, when it was finally delivered we were told the fitters couldnt come for another month or two even though they were supposed to do the fitting when we purchased it. Rang up numerous times and the staff were very unhelpful and lost tract of our order aswell."

Great advice and service provided, had whole house carpeted by their expert fitters, beds and furniture all good quality, delivered and unpacked, and placed in the rooms. Always have time for you, friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Great people in every way, couldn't go anywhere else!"

"Really disappointed by customer service. Was told to go down and find the books for vinyl flooring in a room full of carpet books. Went down and couldn’t find them and then went back up to the office where I was told to go down and wait. While I waited - she walked ahead of me briskly, appeared annoyed and put out . I felt like an inconvenience and just wanted to leave the store. No one else was on the floor. No explanation on prices, service and the girl serving was half laughing when I explained the detail measurements of a bespoke piece. Shame. It seemed like a decent store. Guess I’ll take my money else where."

They went through so many choices with me, showed me what worked best, they rumeged through numerous fabrics & colours!! I never felt rushed. They got my style & helped me make decisions that I felt 100 % happy with. The whole experience was actually very enjoyable . With banter along the way! Pricing was competitive & lead time excellent.
