"I needed a worktop cut at an angle. I have provided a techical drawing with all measurements and front of the worktop marked. Front needed to be at an angle, they have cut angle on the back. They can’t read technical drawing!!! Argued with me that they did everything right. Wanted me to pay for wasted material and if I want it cut right to buy a second worktop and cut it myself!!!"
