"I have waited over 2 years to post this review cause what happened bothered me so much. I attempted to shop here with my daughter to just wander and for her to spend her pocket money. I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask and some anxiety at times especially regarding confrontations. An older lady employee saw me without my mask and yelled at me to put one on. I started to explain that I have an exemption but before I could even start this lady had closed the 15 feet between us and came within 2 feet of me. I started to feel panicky. She again forcefully stated I need to put on a mask or show her my exemption. This was in front of my daughter and she was loud enough other customers could hear. I politely ask her at step back. She did not. She then called over her manger to confront me either. Both started demanding I show a letter stating I have a medical exemption and the reason. I told them that is actually illegal to ask that. I could tell they were not going to stop or back away, so I decided to leave with my daughter. I was trying to keep it together and not start crying especially in front of my daughter on the way out the door. This woman followed me all the way out the door loudly calling me ignorant so that all the other customers could hear. My daughter and I quickly got into my mom’s car. My mom could see I was upset and asked who the lady was following me. I had no idea she followed me all the way into the carpark. That’s right this lady actually followed all the way out of the door, into the parking lot and was trying to find what car I got into. My mom was upset and confronted the manager about his worker’s behavior. He just tried to hide from her. I will never buy any of World of Wonder’s over priced plastic cheap toys for any child again. I contacted World of Wonder about the incident and they never responded. And based from other reviews they chose not to deal with their aggressive and abusive employee. I have and will continue to tell everyone that World of Wonder’s policy supported harrassment and abuse of me in front of my child and other customers."

"I'm very unhappy. I went in with my daughter to spend a fair amount of toys for her. A lady came up to us and said I needed to cover my face, I said I'm exempt she said I had to prove it. And I was asked to leave to shop. Noone has to prove their exempt it is my own personal medical reason that I can't share with a stranger in a shop. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour. This has been shared and there will be no more custom from me or my friend or family to this company."

"I have been going to this toy shop for years and staff are just extremely unhappy and rude!!! Management really need to train their staff to be more helpful and friendly and have manners!! Again today, didn't have a pleasant experience with a staff member being disrespectful to another staff member in front of us. (the customer)"
