"Absolutely exceptional, it might be the best hotel we've ever been to! + Hotel is very cosy, traditional and home-like. It's an early 20th century country lodge, and even though the rooms are located in the 1980s extension, they are kept in the similar spirit of 'traditionalism'. + Super-friendly staff, especially ladies serving breakfast. They joked around, laughed and smiled as if you were their nephew, and not just another tourist around! + ENORMOUS room, with a double bed, a sofa, a very long desk/countertop with drawers + Room and bathroom exceptionally clean. Not a single strand of hair in the toilet! + A separate shower and a bath! + Window with a view onto a lovely garden at the back. + Decently sized car park. + The double bed was actually two single beds brought in together, but that was so seamlessly done, you wouldn't even notice that. + Everything was really well-kept. We've been to hotels from 2000s which were very tired and unkempt, but in this one everything was kept in top nick. And no signs of mould anywhere!!! + Well-located. It took us only couple of minutes to get to town's main street. There isn't much to complain about, it's only if I was to be nit-picking... - I'm not a fan of two taps, and that was the case in the room- a separate tap with a blazing hot and another for icy cold. But fortunately there was a bath nearby where you could wash your hands in a nicely mixed water."
"Super cute family run business with clean, quiet rooms and a simple yet lovely breakfast. The perfect choice for an affordable stay in Killarney, and well located close to town with ample on-site parking."
"One of the best guest houses I have ever been to. In my opinion the perfect location. Stayed here for the weekend. Less than five minutes to the main street, there is a city park right across the road. It is very convenient to walk with children. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, modern TV with Internet access, delicious food. Next time I will definitely stop at this place !"
"This is a beautiful, charming place at the very entrance of Killarney Park. The place is cosy, Katherine is so gentle and nice, that made my stay simply perfect. All the staff was very helpful and guided me in making the best of my holidays in Kerry. And superb breakfasts! Thank you again! I will recommend it and will try to repeat"
"Having never been to Killarney before, we booked a night of accommodation off of Google reviews. It did not disappoint, we even asked to extend our stay to a second night. Don't expect a modern hotel, expect a gorgeous country inn within walking distance of great restaurants. From when we arrived we were warmly greeted and checked in. The room was large with everything you needed, and a bathroom with great water pressure. The stay included breakfast that ranged from croissants, cereals, crepes, full Irish and a few more. Some old school aspects that they still have in place, but they would be my first stop for any accommodation needs in Killarney. Thank you Catherine & Marcus for an amazing stay."
