"Victoria's House is a beautiful place to stay in many ways. It is very conveniently located to some local attractions, including Kells house and gardens, Kells Bay Beach, and Kells Sheep Centre. Victoria is a lovely host who was very kind and helpful and provided us with valued advice regarding travelling tips . Our room was very clean and tidy, and Victoria was very accommodating and fulfilled our requests. Separate thank you for the lovely breakfast, Victoria specifaclly asked us for any preferences and did all she could to assist with our preferences. I would highly recommend Victoria's House and would definitely book for our next visit."

"This is a beautiful house in a beautiful garden, a mere 10 minutes walk from Kells Bay, which is a nice sandy beach, blue flag and open to the public (shower and toilet included). Victorias house has a nice outside seating area as well, though the advertised barbecue area was not in evidence. Sadly, the owner, who is super friendly and chatty, has not quite completed the journey back from COVID measures. The lounge, which looks really nice with fireplace and all, is not open to b&b guests, who are confined to their room. Breakfast is also served in the room. It is a good continental breakfast. Our room (downstairs right to entrance) was also damp, just so that bedding towels and the spacious wardrobe had a musty smell. A few hours with a good electric dehumifier between guests would mend this, perhaps adding a dehumifying bag to the wardrobe. We had the added misfortune that the smoke alarm went off at 3 am for no apparent reason. Here is hoping for improvement..."

"Very nice place near Kells Gardens. Victoria was very nice, good breakfast. Very calm, surrounded by astonishing nature and a great variety of plants. We enjoyed our stay."

"A lovely home with a lovely host! This little B&B was a great choice. The owner, Victoria, was so nice and made sure we were well looked after. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and breakfast included a very tasty continental assortment of foods. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area!"
