Reviews
"Comfy bed, clean bedding, clean towels and bathroom. Clean kitchen, nice staff and breakfast was good."
"The place is a complete dump. I was brought here as part of a paddy wagon tour. The entire place looked like it was falling apart. I’m tiny but I couldn’t fit in the bathroom. The shower looked discusting. I think this is probably as close as you can get to 3rd world living condition and still be in Europe. I paid an extra 30 euros and got moved next door It felt like the Hilton. There is a free continental breakfast consisting of toast and cereal. Also dinner is included but it’s not really fit for human consumption. The place should be condemned"
"Great people - clean bedding, warm shower - but the kitchen was a mess and not hygienic. Food leftover when we arrived still stood out when we left. Dirty dishes and dish towels left everywhere. Only bread, breakfast cereal and granule coffee. But - great little town."
"Handy hostel with nice beds and complementary basic breakfast. Does the job rightly. Good if you've come to see the birthplace of Tom Crean and visit his pub The South Pole Inn which is a 5-10 min walk down the road."
"Decent accommodations for a very cheap price. Friendly staff. Shared bathroom on the hall, shower was unstable but worked. Large radiator great for drying clothes."
